World Press Freedom Day

For the third time, club.da and Rotary Club Vienna Maria Theresia (RCVMT) are teaming up to organize an insightful panel discussion on the occasion of World Press Freedom Day 2025, which was declared by the United Nations General Assembly and has been celebrated worldwide since 1993 to raise awareness about the significance of press freedom and the importance of the independence of the media.

The theme of this year’s panel discussion is: "Press Freedom in the Age of AI: Safeguarding Journalism in a Changing World"
